Free Delivery

We cut our trees to order to ensure they reach you as fresh as possible. The trees don’t spend days crammed into pallets waiting to be distributed to outlets, nor are they shipped overseas or around the country. We therefore need to limit our delivery options.

Delivery Times 

We know that December is a busy month for everyone, not just us. To try and ensure we manage your expectations as best as possible we plan our route based on postcodes.  Deliveries are split between AM and PM delivery slots.

We aim to complete AM deliveries between 07:00 and 13:00 and PM deliveries between 12:00 and 21:00. When you select your delivery date we will email you the day before to confirm a 3 hour delivery window on your chosen date.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

You can opt to guarantee your deliver time within a chosen 2 hour window. You can order this from the shop page and select your delivery window.
